Switching to us

Easier than you think.

Moving telcos is the #1 reason businesses put up with bad service for too long. We do the heavy lifting so your team barely notices the change.

  1. 1
    Free on-site consult
One of our consultants comes out to see you face to face. We'll take a look at your current setup, what your team actually uses, and what would serve the business better — then come back with a tailored quote.
  2. 2
    We handle the paperwork
Once you say go, we manage the number port, the carrier paperwork and the cancellation of the old service. You don’t have to call your existing provider.
  3. 3
    Zero downtime install
Your number stays active 100% of the time during the cutover — calls keep flowing through the old service right up until the new one is live, so customers never hit a dead line.
  4. 4
    One bill, one consultant
Your first invoice arrives the following month — one bill covering every service, plus a named Australian consultant who picks up when you call.

Had major issues with Telstra direct. Sorted out all our issues, had our business phone installed, lines transferred and everything seamlessly. Can highly recommend moving away from the 2 main direct providers for Eco Comms. Just better in everyway.

Our business has been very impressed and grateful to be with Eco Comms. They are always there to quickly answer the phone or respond to an email if we have an inquiry and have helped streamline our work systems and Internet requirements. Would certainly recommend A+

I just had Eco Comms setup the internet and VoIP phones for our new vet clinic. They've been prompt, responsive, and have tailored us the perfect package for our needs. The price is reasonable. Highly recommended.

I had no intention of changing telco providers. But after a short visit from Jai in sales I quickly saw the value. Cheaper price, local (fast) service, dedicated instal team and MUCH MORE functionality including full control of several phone numbers, automated messaging, call…

We recently had two difficult NBN installations completed and couldn't be happier with the service we received. The team was professional, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was connected properly despite the challenges involved. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and they kept us informed every step of the way. It's rare to find a telecommunications company that genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for their customers. Highly recommend their services to anyone needing reliable and professional NBN installation support!
